Delivery Policy
- All Orders made on blitzkart will be delivered within 5-7 days depending on stock availability.
- The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what is the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
- If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. We are not responsible for delays from the courier company as that is not in our control
- If there is any damages during transit ,we will replace and resend the product as per Refund Policy
- Orders made from international destinations, must provide local Indian address to deliver the product.
- Once your Payment verification is done from bank or payment gateway, product delivery process will be initiated.
- Delivery policy and refund policy will be void, If Problems related to the customer with the delivery of the product such as customer out of station, phone not reachable, wrong address. On customers request product will be resent to the customer once it is delivered back to us.
- Coupons will be sent to your email ID, as a proof of delivery for the same. There will be no physical delivery as it is a virtual service
- Delivery of Product will be through reputed courier companies. if there is no courier service in your area, then we shall send the product through India Post. Please provide a different address for product, as India post does not deliver electronic goods.
